can taking testosterone Permanently decrease my sperm count?

If you take testosterone you will decrease your sperm count. Eventually your count will drop to zero and never be able to recover. How long this takes is not predictable. We counsel men that are interested in fathering children in the future to typically first try enclomiphene or HCG. Testosterone can be combined with HCG to help preserve sperm count but sperm count and function may still decline compared to before you started treatment.
